SHIPPING

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Orders must be placed by 11 am EST to be shipped the same day. 
If an order is placed after 11 am EST, the order will be shipped the following
business day.   All orders ship from Atlanta, GA.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For Domestic US shipping, shipping is free for orders over $35. For orders under
$35, we charge a $5 flat charge. For International orders, shipping and duties are
calculated at checkout and applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of
the customer.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to Canada, the UK and EU countries. Orders ship from Atlanta, GA.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and applicable taxes/duties are the
responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY
If, within 7 days of the ship date you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may
return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value (your shipping
charges are not refundable).

In order to cover processing and shipping costs, we will deduct $6 from your
return refund. We can only issue a refund to the payment method used for your
original purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the returned product is received and processed at our warehouse, the
refund amount can take from 5 to 10 days to appear on your credit card,
depending on your bank.


PAYMENTS

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Saint New York accepts payment through Shopify to insure secure transactions
for our customers. Shopify accepts major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover,
American Express and Apple Pay.

PROMO CODES

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES FOR ONE ORDER?

You cannot use more than one promo code per order.
